Japanese city pop album cover concept

My most recent (not so niche) fixation of the month has been the captivating world of ‘80s Japanese city pop, and what has truly enraptured me is the mesmerizing cover art that accompanies this genre, adding a whole new dimension to the music's groove and glitz. The glamorous cityscapes, fresh Pacific blues, and vibrant pastel shades all contribute to a very distinctive aesthetic that I tried to capture in this imagined city pop album cover.
